In our 6 Week Challenge Program, you'll learn the CrossFit movements in a supportive group setting with other beginners.
In each session, you'll be taught new movements and be guided through a workout that can be adjusted to meet your fitness level.
You'll learn proper technique for each movement and gain a deeper understanding of our training philosophy.
Our programming is appropriate for most adults and no baseline level of fitness is required.

Each group meets 3 times a week for 6 weeks for hour long classes.
Class size is limited to ensure each participant receives thorough training.
We offer nutritional guidance and support throughout the duration of the challenge.

Life After the 6 Week Challenge
Once you graduate the 6 Week Challenge, you'll be ready to hop into any of our group CrossFit classes.
Each CrossFit class is 1 hour long, starts with a warm-up and is then usually followed by a strength segment and a metabolic conditioning workout. Exercises and programming are carefully explained by our coaches and each class includes lots of hands on help to ensure you're working out safely and progressing quickly.
We also offer a weekly Yoga Class on Sunday mornings, as well as open gym time.
