NUTRITION COACHING

Amazing spot! Great for anyone who is nervous to try CrossFit for the first time. These coaches are patient, fun, super relatable and knowledgable, especially about injury prevention. They will modify the WOD if you are unable to do a specific movement. Such a great sense of family and community in this place, they welcome everyone with open arms. Great place to train and you WILL see results quicker than expected!! Stop by ASAP for a class.

FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM 

A series of  five 1-on-1 personal training sessions.

Each session is 30 minutes. 

Two payments of $269

 This rate includes one month of unlimited membership once you have completed the Fundamentals Program

 

WOMEN'S SIX WEEK CHALLENGE

Each group meets 3 times a week for 6 weeks.

Each session is 1 hour. 

Nutritional guidance and support throughout the duration of the challenge is included in price.

Two payments of $189

 

REGULAR CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP

Unlimited - $269 + tax

12 x /month - $229 + tax

8 x /month - $199 + tax

Open Gym Membership: $135/ month

Each CrossFit class is 1 hour long, starts with a warm-up and is then usually followed by a strength segment and a metabolic conditioning workout. Exercises and programming are carefully explained by our coaches and each class includes lots of hands on help to ensure you're working out safely and progressing quickly.

We also offer a weekly Yoga Class on Sunday mornings, team workouts on Saturdays, as well as open gym time throughout the week. Key cards are available for members who wish to gain access to the gym outside of classes.
