The Holiday Season is upon us and that means:
Turkey, honey-baked ham, apple pie, egg nog, mashed potatos, latkes, ginger-bread houses, noodle kugel, apple cider, cookies - OH MY!
We get it, it's tough staying fit over the holidays. Between your work, your holiday travel, you mom's cooking, and your holiday shopping expenses - getting to the gym and eating healthy is not easy.
But what if there was a program where you could stay jolly over the holiday season while still keeping you skinny for the chimney?
We are here to help! Bowery CrossFit is re-launching it's annual Healthy Holiday Program so you can maintain your fitness progress and set yourself up for success when those 2018 New Years resolutions come along.
- Must be willing and able to come to our gym 3x per week.
- Must be willing to submit before and after photos to document your progress and success.
- Must commit to all 4 weeks of the program.
- Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. Our program is proven to work but only if you follow it!
- Must enjoy working in group environment. Nothing beats working together through a challenge!
- Must be committed to making this change.
- Must leave your ego at the door. This is place where hard work is respected. It is humbling experience that we've all been through.
- This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
- Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to create a positive and safe environment in which you can work towards your heath and fitness goals.

The Healthy Holiday Challenge is a four-week program designed to keep you healthy and fit over the Holiday Season. We offer 1on1 goal setting, small group fitness classes, a customized nutrition plan and the support of our wonderful Bowery Community. And best of all, you'll learn how to balance your fitness with all of your holiday treats.
Healthy Holiday Challenge includes:
- 3 group fitness classes per week. Our classes combine strength training with high intensity interval circuits to build lean muscle while burining fat.
- Before and after Inbody scans so we can track your biometrics like your body fat, lean muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.
- A fully customized meal plan tailored to your goals and your busy lifestyle. We will also help you tackle some other healthy habits like sleep, water intake, and meal prepping.
- Weekly email check-ins to monitor your progress
- A private Facebook group where you can find other resources like recipes, at-home workouts, and join in on other BCF events
