6 Week Fitness Challenge

Starts October 9th!

  • Must be willing and able to come to our gym 3x per week

  • Must be willing to submit before and after photos to document your progress and success

  • Must commit to all 6 weeks of the program.

  • Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. Our program is proven to work but only if you follow it!

  • Must enjoy working in group environment. Nothing beats working together through a challenge!

  • Must be committed to making this change. 

  • Must leave your ego at the door. This is place where hard work is respected. It is humbling experience that we've all been through. 

  • This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 

  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to create a positive and safe environment in which you can work towards your heath and fitness goals.

Isabelle Derond - Program Creator
Originally from France, Isabelle has been involved in several areas of fitness as a dancer, NIKE Women's Coach & Master Trainer, and competitive CrossFit athlete on the French Invictus Team. Now living in the Big Apple, Isabelle hopes to continue to inspire people to achieve the fitness goals they have always dreamed of. 

Mateo Lopez - Program Coordinator
Teo moved from Los Angeles to get his degree in Philosophy at Columbia University.  He discovered CrossFit shortly after and has since been coaching for the past 7 years. He graduated in 2014 and has been steering the Bowery ship ever since. 

Alison James - Nutrition Counsel
While studying culture, literature, and food at Yale, Alison spent her free time winning the USA Weightlifting American Open.  Oh, and she also speaks 3 languages, you know, because she is a genius.
